I. PANGKALAHATANG ADHIKAIN
Ang KATUTUBONG LIKHA LAKBAY LUNAS (KLLL) ay isang nationwide mobile innovation program na:
- Kinokolekta, kinikilala at pinoprosesoang indigenous raw materials mula sa ancestral domains.
- Ginagawang produkto, kagamitan, teknolohiya, at kabuhayanna gawa mismo ng mga Katutubo.
- Inilalapit ang Agham – Teknolohiya – Ekonomiya – Kulturasa bawat tribo.
- Pinangangalagaan ang karapatanng ICCs/IPs sa kanilang resources, kaalaman, at imbensyon.
Ito ang unang programa sa Pilipinas na nakatutok sa:
“From Ancestral Domain to Indigenous Industry.”
